1. Our Services

Brightwire Electrical provides professional electrical services in Cardiff, including NICEIC-approved EICR inspections and fault-finding. By booking a service through our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our standard services are priced as follows:

Payment terms for bespoke work or major installations will be provided via a formal quote. Deposits for such work are payable online via the secure link provided in your quote email.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings made via our online system are confirmed instantly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Service Scope and Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable electrical services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing faults that are not identified during a standard inspection, nor for any damage caused by third-party interference with electrical systems after our work is completed. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide our electricians with safe and reasonable access to your property. We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is deemed unsafe or if our staff are subjected to abusive behaviour.
